JAMES CHIELLO
[ Biography ]
Artist of Emotion
“In leaving behind form, we are left with essence. In the absence of form lives the purity of emotion. Emotion is what we are.”
~ Chiello
The Inspiration:
Chiello finds inspiration in feeling. He brings to us in his artwork the peace and beauty he has felt while in nature…On the ocean or in the forest…While watching the sun rise over the plains of Africa or The Ganges River in India. Chiello finds inspiration in humanity and relationships. After traveling the world, Chiello realized that underneath all of our “human stories” we are all the same. We all “feel” the same. Chiello reflects this to us in his artwork. It is his mission to reflect to us who we are at a deeper level and promote feelings of happiness, peace, compassion and joy…
The Life:
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Chiello has been an artist since childhood. At an early age he was painting, writing songs on piano and acting with local theatre groups.
